Sad Songs for Dirty Lovers Available on Limited Edition Vinyl

In the spirit of the just-passed Record Store Day (4/17), we thought we'd clue you in on a new item that's that we made available for the occasion in two of our favorite New York record shops. Manhattan's Other Music and Brooklyn's Sound Fix Records were exclusive stockists for limited-edition vinyl copies of The National's second album, Sad Songs for Dirty Lovers. The LP in an edition of 500 copies features subtly different art work (more color!) and sounds pretty good. We're proud. At this point, both stores have sold out of their initial allotment of LPs.

Those who missed out can still find the vinyl version of Sad Songs for Dirty Lovers at the Brassland Store. Get 'em quick before they're gone!

(Note: We are hoping to deliver a handful more copies to those two shops -- and a larger repress of the vinyl edition will be in better record stores in a few months.)
